MPB Inc., Frank Henderson: "We did have a turnover problem throughout the company. We gathered some statistics recently just to see what was happening and we were interested to find that the people that were trained were the ones that were staying. Of those that have completed the program, I don't believe we have lost anyone in the last year and a half or so."
